| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Sales Manager to be station at our BRAZIL office. Please Do Not Apply if you did not hold any relevant Working Authority in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop sales plans to penetrate into target markets
• Seek new markets for the Goodpack’s Intermediate Bulk Containers
• Conduct trials, studies and analysis to convert business at the shortest possible time
• Develop strategic relationships with key customers
• Ensure timely reporting to the Regional Head and put forth recommendation accordingly
• Work with other Goodpack offices in co-developing bi-lateral business
Extent Of Authority
The Sales Manager - Latin America will have authority for Regional sales development. Metal box and accessory movements must be done in compliance with established Goodpack operational procedures. Regional travel may be conducted at the Representative’s discretion; travel outside the region must be approved through normal E-Travel Request procedures and approved prior to travel.
Internal Liaisons
The Sales Manager - Latin America will coordinate metal box and accessory logistics with management and staff at all levels within Goodpack. Execution of shipping orders will be performed by Operations staff in the Regional office. The Sales Manager - Latin America will liaise with additional staff members, consultants and sales representatives as required with the objective of providing the best levels of service to satisfy our customers and increasing sales.
External Liaisons
The Sales Manager - Latin America primary external communications include liaising with liquid packaging customers and other participants in the supply chain. The Sales Manager - Latin America will also be instrumental in communicating with the global market managers in their area of responsibility. Goodpack is to achieve service excellence for its customers and form strategic alliances with its suppliers. It is also required of the Sales Manager - Latin America to develop and maintain relationships with regional professional associations in the industrial juice and food industries.
Key Result Areas
1. Expand the use of Goodpacks in our core areas.
2. Improve customer satisfaction with Goodpack
3. Increase the number of trials in your region of responsibility
4. Cost effective supply of metal boxes and accessories to customers
5. Develop a close relationship with end users in your region. This will help with fleet management.
6. Accurate demand forecasting on a rolling 12 month basis.
7. Timely submission of reports (sales report, expense report, etc.)

| Skills Required: |
Knowledge And Skills Required
• Degree in Marketing
• Min 5 years direct sales experience preferably from industrial packaging (Drum/ ISO tank/ Flexi-tank, liquid/juices, etc)
• A creative problem solver who is able to provide solutions for customers
• Enthusiastic, independent, committed, a self-starter, a self-motivator, reliable with strong, ethical standards and integrity
• Good knowledge of supply chain management
• Strong customer rapport/ relationship
• Excellent written and negotiation skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Able to understand the principles of income vs costs
• Good working knowledge of office software |
