Details:
Responsible for the SAP support of the Business Unit / Competency Center. It includes development and maintenance of SAP programming and coordination of SAP related projects. The SAP Specialist will create and maintain configurable products of the Business Unit / Competency Center in SAP. The SAP Specialist is responsible for the programming and verification of SAP Variant Configuration as well as the creation and maintenance of Product Family Drawings.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate external SAP resources;
2. Internal support of SAP related projects;
3. Participate in local SAP implementation;
4. Training of SAP users on variant configuration;
5. Using input from Marketing Product Manager to create/change family drawings;
6. Assist Marketing Product Manager on concept of configured product;
7. Initiates required documentation to implement new/changed configured product;
8. Program configured product in SAP;
9. Assist Marketing Product Manager and BU Controller to verify configured product in SAP;
10. Ensures required documentation to implement new/changed configured product is finalized.

Related Experience:
* 5 plus years experience with SAP configuration.
* Experience in computer programming.
* Experience with ABAP programming a plus.
* Experience in international marketing requirements preferred.
Special Training or Competence:
* Good knowledge of data maintenance in SAP.
* Aptitude for acquiring relevant Business Unit / Competency Center product knowledge.
* Good Microsoft Office product knowledge. |
