| Job Description: |
Specifically the Advertising Account Service Director has full and ultimate responsibility for managing the client accounts that are assigned to his / her group. The following represents a directional listing of the specific responsibilities associated with this position. Duties may include but are not limited to:
Building and fostering excellent client relationships. same
Serving as strategic consultant / trusted advisor to clients. same
Overseeing the development and execution of all client programs including related research projects.
Interfacing with / the creative and media department to ensure on-target, flawless, cost-efficient execution of all client programs.
Identifying and selling in opportunities for building client / agency business. same
Budget development, tracking and reporting.
Contract negotiations.
Providing direct supervision and serving as a resource to an Account Team (all levels)
Growing the business from existing clients.
Consult with clients on their marketing needs and creatively design solution packages.
Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients needs. same
Proactively Prospect, Qualify, Grow and Maintain client accounts. same
Lead the advertising team to develop integrated advertising campaigns that reflect brand and business goals.
Coordinate with others across marketing and the business to develop and implement strategic advertising campaigns that achieve business goals.
Manage overall budget as well as monthly expenditures, reporting and management of quarterly. reconciliations and professional time.

Develop and manage a comprehensive human resource plan/team, making SJG both a great place to work and attractive to potential candidates
Lead San Jose Consulting and all Inside Out assignments
Grow the SJ Network through sales support
Seek out, on an ongoing basis, opportunities to grow SJG and its business units through acquisition and proactively present options to the CEO
Lead a fiscally responsible finance team

| Skills Required: |
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Pharma experience strongly encouraged. |
