Sales Office Support/ Sales Office Administrator
German SME part of a bigger industrial group dealing with metal powders and granules is keen to find a Sales Office Support.
You will be responsible for the entire administration process of all customer orders, including material planning, order processing, and shipping. Experience in this field is preferable.
Responsibilities for this role include
¬- Order entry, Invoicing/credits
- Liaising with the external warehouse to organise customer deliveries
- Booking in of stock deliveries with customers warehouses
- Regular telephone and email communication with the customers, with external consultants dealing with bookkeeping, with sales reps and the parent company’s Group Controller.
Other duties supporting the sales staff - reports/Information/sending samples and providing general day to day office administration (stationary orders/filing/letters)
Location: Dortmund/Dusseldorf/Colonia
