ITT Communications Systems (CS)
Under the general supervision of the Director of Middle East & Africa Operations, the In-Country Program Manager (ICPM) is responsible for Saudi Arabia programs which require the formulation and implementation of complete and coherent program plans and coordination with involved departments and the customer. This position will be based in Saudi Arabia. The ICPM will manage program or program segments which require complete and coherent program plans to insure meeting contractual commitments while providing leadership in the generation of the Integrated Management Plan. The ICPM will establish major milestones such as preliminary reviews and critical reviews and other schedule goals along with establishing and implementing program plans in compliance with specifications, performance requirements, costs and schedules.
The ICPM will monitor all program activities to ensure compliance with product specifications, performance requirements, schedules and cost commitments. They will Identify existing or potential problems in terms of schedule and budget, etc., and work with affected departments and or the customer in resolving or avoiding them. |

Equivalent Education Level Required: Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or other related fields. Master's Degree preferred.
