Job Description:
· Minimum of 7 years experience with UNIX (Solaris) systems administration in a business environment. BS in engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience required. Ability to manage stress well under difficult situations and when dealing with production issues and project deadlines.

Skills Required:: |
· Strong Perl and UNIX shell scripting expertise & related utilities.
· Hands on experience with Solaris 2.8 through 10 required.
· Experience with Sybase installations on Solaris.
· Experience with Enterprise Back-up systems and Enterprise Storage solutions e.g. SAN, NAS required (EMC Celera).
· Basic networking experience is a requirement. Extensive experience with Cisco Switches & Routers and firewal knowledge is a plus.
· Experience with Verities: Volume Manager, Volume Replicator, Cluster Server.
· Experience with SUN Cluster 3.2.
