We are looking for a Sales Manager to be station at our BRAZIL office. Please Do Not Apply if you did not hold any relevant Working Authority in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collecting and formatting data from a number of departments so that it is suitable for analysis. This will include shipping information, cost of accessories, various warehousing costs and any number of other cost factors.
• Researching and creating spreadsheets and tables with data from all sources like the internet and research companies.
• Creating/modifying Powerpoint presentations- both for Sales & Marketing as well as for Operations
• Ensuring sales reports are received and distributed on an on-going basis.
• Handling travel needs such as air, hotel, car, etc.
• Some purchasing functions
• Organizing sales events such as Trade Shows, sales meetings,etc. |
| Skills Required: |
• At least 2 years experience in Administration and Data key in.
• Computer literate
• Able to coordinate with customers
• Provide support and deal with Singapore Head Office for any administration corresponce.
• Must be able to work independently |
