| Job Description: |
We are looking for a Sales Manager to be station at our BRAZIL office. Please Do Not Apply if you did not hold any relevant Working Authority in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure effective operations at depot operators throughout Latin America in compliance with Goodpack’s quality and inventory management requirements
• Negotiate depot service fees as required
• Implement and maintain serial number tracking at all depots
• Provide technical support End-Users and Packers
• Identify opportunities for improvement in depot operations
• Review and approve depot operator invoices
• Establish new depots as and when required
• Maintain accurate inventories of accessories
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Analyze IBCs flows to improved supply efficiency
• Conduct periodic inventory audits IBC inventories
Extent Of Authority
The Depot Operations Supervisor - Latin America will have authority to direct contracted depot services providers for Brazilian within Latin America. IBC and accessory movements must be done in compliance with established Goodpack operational procedures. The Operations Manager – Latin America or the Corporate Office in Singapore will stipulate cheque-signing authority, if any, in writing.
Internal Liaisons
The Depot Operations Supervisor - Latin America coordinates IBC and accessory logistics with management and staff at all levels within Goodpack Brazil and Goodpack companies worldwide as necessary.
External Liaisons
The Depot Operations Supervisor - Latin America primary responsibilities include liaising with depot service providers and customers in order to understand and satisfy their requirements. This is necessary to achieve service excellence for its customers and form strategic alliances with its suppliers

| Skills Required: |
Essential
• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics operations
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
• Excellent Portuguese and English language skills
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Self – starter
• Eager to succeed
• Strong analytical skills
Desirable
• Spanish language skills
• Experience with returnable container operations
Key Result Areas
• Cost effective processing of IBC’s and accessories through depots
• Accurate and reconciled IBC inventory data
• Timely submission of reports (sales report, expense report, etc)
• Zero lost or confiscated IBC’s
