| Job Description: |
The job holder is responsible of deploying safety system and ensuring its understanding. All records of safety incidents- from near to critical should be traced and checked.
-Provide all safety equipments to the employees and to the visitors of the factory.
-Create first aid procedures and communicate.
-Provide first aid facilities to employees, outsourced labours and visitors.
-Daily inspection on safety condition and PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
-Monitor the safe behavior and acting of employees, outsourced labours and visitors.
-Reduce safety incident.
-Responsible on hazard assessment.
-Accountable on ensuring all warning signs are in place and implemented.
-Coach the safety team to verify the PPE.
-Communicate safety regulations and consequences of violation.
Review MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and train operators who are dealing with incident.
-Involve in safety of property and assets.
-Implement visual-fail safe hazard.
-Responsible on testing evacuation system.
-Research and analyze the system to suit factory goal.

| Skills Required: |
Minimum of High School Diploma is required, preferably in Engineering Science.
Experience in the same or similar field for a minimum of 3 years.
Relevant Competencies:
Good communication skills in English (Oral & Written).
General knowledge level of company policies and standard.
Good competence in MS Office.
