Presently we are looking for a
Director Finance – Regional Financial Controller
Based in Dubai
Requirements:
Opening experience as financial controller
Proven experience in 4-5 star hotels
Dubai experience essential
Excellent command of English
Main responsibilities are:
Prepare feasibility studies for hotel developments, hotel apartments, residential, malls
Timeshare and mixed development projects.
Follow up the projects, in financial manner, where hiring company is involved as owners representative. Prepare progression reports on projects whenever necessary.
To keep the accounting books of the company and consolidate
Take up all assigned responsibilities for the hotel management company
To act as Regional Financial Controller for the properties developed and managed
By Dubai head office involving to the pre-opening, set ups, budgets and property management financial follow ups.
