Summary
This role would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and is capable of forming new and developing existing relationships with our partner base, namely EPC contractors, project developers and financial investors. The candidate will need to have the vision and experience to manage senior level relationships in our existing and future client network, as well as a demonstrated ability to build world-class sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
•Identify new opportunities, forecast orders to ensure quarterly and yearly achievement of sales targets
•Fully leverage SunPower products and services to engage long term deals and multi service/ product packages for Ground-mounted as well as Commercial Rooftop installations
•Prepare and recommend strategies for developing partnerships with developers, EPC contractors and financial institutions
•Monitor and define priorities in the preparation, submission, and closing of quotations
•Hire upon need and coordinate sales force in the identified territory
•Present sales pitches to senior level management
•Work with the Sales and Marketing team to prepare market assessments, competitive analysis and sales forecasts
•Maintain knowledge of market trends, regulations and tariffs relative to solar industry
•Liaise at all levels within SunPower European team and Customer organisations
The position will be reporting to the European Sales Director for Systems and will located in Athens. Product portfolio will include all equipment and services offered by SunPower for Ground mounted and Commercial Rooftop installations above 500kW.

| Skills Required: |
Education and Experience
•10 years experience in energy or high value systems sales industry
•BS degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience/exposure
•Sales, marketing, business development, business management experience
•Proven ability to hire, train, motivate and manage top sales performers
•Strong interpersonal skills from technical to business level
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Effective team contributor and member
•Excellent organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Existing executive-level contacts in the energy industry at operators, construction companies and/or financial institutions level
•Experience in building economic business case for customers |
