Archibat is looking for a Design Architect for a world’s leading hotel and tourism group to join its office in Guangzhou. The company is composed of different hotels ranges.
As a Design Architect, you will work on preliminary design on hotel projects. You will support the Design manager in the layout and facade design. You will analyze site characteritics and specific aspects of hospitality activities in order to provide the best architectural solution for the group.
Bachelor or/and Master in Architecture is required plus at least 3 years of experience. Knowledge of Chinese regulations is preferred. An experience in a Chinese Institute is a must. Fluent in English. Proficient in architectural softwares.
Good presentation and communication skills, creative and innovative. Good team spirit.
