Project Supervisor / Qs
Work experience of 3-4 years preferably with an Interior fit out contractor.
Aware of interior high quality finishes.
Site supervision, sub contracting arrangements.
Preparing Bill of Quantities, Tender analysis, program of works, and comparison reports.
Site supervision including set out, checking pile points and closely monitoring progress of construction with the drawings.
Analyzing rate of rates according to the prevailing maekt conditions.
Preparation of Variations for Client's approval.
Managing site execution teams.
Evaluating and reporting daily progress on sites.
