Our Inside Sales Team is growing and we are hiring for multiple positions!
Description:
Sells professional development services primarily to the K-12 Education Market
Sells to and services accounts via phone, web, and e-mail inquiries
Conducts limited onsite customer sales calls when warranted
Responsible for selling primarily to assigned small to mid sized accounts
Responsible for monthly/quarterly forecast against assigned quota.
Develops and executes marketing campaigns focusing on specific territory and service offerings in conjunction with Regional Marketing departments
Conducts presentations and demonstrations to customers via the Web
Places outbound calls to solicit sales from existing install base lists and new account lists
Provides complex price quotes using a variety of product specific quote tools.
Serves as a liaison between customers and appropriate company departments including product management, finance, accounting, support and professional services.
Maintains records of all sales interactions with customers and internal departments using a CRM
Participates and assists with trade shows, conventions, sales meetings and executive briefings
Assists with department projects as assigned.

| Skills Required: |
Formal education or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; may need additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Education presents an advantage
Skills/knowledge/abilities
Basic knowledge of company's or industry products and sales practices desirable
Experience in K-12 Education highly desired
1-2 years of proven sales performance against a sales quota presents an advantage
Excellent communications, interpersonal and telephone skills
Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office products required
Ability to travel
