I need someone to refer leads for mortgage refinances and purchases to me. The rates are good right now and we need to help get people out of their ARM loans and high interest rates. All they need to have is a score above 580, no recent lates on mortgage and not in foreclosure and no bankruptcy in the last 12 months. So the possibilities are endless.
There are 6 billion people in the US....as well as friends, family, neighbors, co-workers, school associates, etc.....plenty of opportunity and plenty of people to help. $300 per closed file, $500 per file if you refer 5+ in a one month period.
