Location: Doha, Qatar

The Site Civil Engineer Infrastructure will demonstrable experience in the design review and all aspects of supervision and project administration of the electrical works related to large-scale construction contracts of sewerage and drainage projects with particular emphasis on the project subject.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:
• Reviewing and approving the concrete mix design.
• Reviewing and approving the contractor’s proposed quality plan.
• Maintaining continuous inspection of works at site and issuing the necessary remedial notes for any defected works observed.
• Approving of method statements for various items prior to their commencement on site.
• Monitoring the enforcement of safety issues on site and reporting immediately on any violation.
• Reviewing the contractual validity of any claim for variation orders and issuing recommendations to the Resident Engineer.
• Preparing monthly reports and participating in site meetings.
Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
