Role: Pre-Sales Engineer
Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Role Desirables
• Three years college degree
• Possess good knowledge of Microsoft & Oracle products, network solutions, and Visual Basic programming.
Role Duties
• Understand the customer needs and requirements from software, hardware requirements and networking solution standpoint.
• Define the solution technical components.
• Enrolled along with the presales team in the tendering process steps (information gathering, technical analysis, responses preparation, and finalizing technical proposals).
• Participate in presales activities involving requirements gathering and definitions at customer site.
• Prepare and write comprehensive technical proposals (including: architectural diagrams, technical illustrations, etc.).
• Write and compile business cases.
• Create technical presentations for the proposed solutions.
• Document the technical architectures of the proposed solutions.
• Respond to customers inquiries.
• Acquire technical information about new software and server products through Microsoft, Oracle & other partner program.
• Learn new business solutions provided by other solution providers.
