Seeking Experienced Construction Bookkeeper/Office Manager.
Full charge bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, G/L, payroll, job costing, retention, bank reconciliation and financial reports
Withholding and sales tax reporting
Assist CPA in preparing income taxes and audited financial statements
Contract management
Lien notices and releases
Insurance certificates
Prepare owner’s closeout package
Internet research
All necessary duties requireded to run a small construction office

| Skills Required: |

Ability to perform all of the above duties with minimal supervision or assistance
Full-charge bookkeeping experience
Background in construction (No Exceptions)
Must be very comfortable using a computer
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
The following skills are helpful but not required:
Experience with American Contractor software
Sketch-Up, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD software experience
Ability to read blueprints
