Up to $75/hr on remote logged time.
An established Remote Backup company is seeking multiple Remote Support Technicians to assist our technical staff in supporting existing clients and providing remote services to potential clients.
Skills and Experience Required
Qualified candidates must be U.S.-based and have technical support and / or PC and server repair and troubleshooting experience serving business clients.
General knowledge of Windows OS, Vista, Security, Firewalls, Network Administration, Troubleshooting, Outlook, SQL, Exchange, Tape Backup, Data Protection, Encryption, etc. Is a plus. Also please mention if you have Microsoft Certifications (MCSE, MCP, MCITP, MCST, CompTIA, etc.).
Job Description
You will remotely access client machines to assist in a wide array of technical issues. Work from any location with high-speed internet access and a phone line. We provide you all necessary software and hardware. |
