Job Profile
Reporting to the CFO of the company, the role is responsible for the general ledgers and working closely with the Finance Controller. You will be supervising a team medium sized team comprising two direct reports and contractors as required.
You will need to prepare Monthly accounts to close timetable (includes closing of ledgers), ensure balance sheet reconciliations performed monthly, ensure all bank accounts are reconciled at least weekly and keeping audit file up to date and signed off.
You will be required to review and comment on Opex and control budget, maintain capex and depreciation schedules, prepare ad hoc reports for CFO/FC, prepare annual opex budget for all depts. And liasing with auditors company accounts and audit issues
The role is based at Vanuatu, Port Vila.

Candidate Profile:-
• Qualified ACA with 4 years post qualification
• Previous experience of working in a multinational company
• Very strong excel skills and ability to work at speed under pressure and tight deadlines
