Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations and resource planning
- Ensure compliance to standard work procedure and supervise all work activities
- Identify work improvement activities
- Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation on work processes
- Maintain, revise and update the Standard Operating Procedures
- Responsible for spare inventories and all Facilities Monitoring Systems
- Plan, organize and participate in Outage Drills
Requirements:
· Diploma in Electrical or equivalent
· At least 3 years working experience in a data centre in a Supervisory position
· Sound operations knowledge of a critical facility
· Posses good organisational, communication & administrative skills
· Independent worker and committed to work
· A strong M&E background is a definite plus
