| Job Description: |
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in administration of security passes including issuance, maintaining and keeping up to date all security pass records
- Maintain the Mantrap server and programming
- Coordinate with building security on systems work like card access and CCTV and capture all changes in layout plan
- Conduct briefing to all vendors and contractors on Procedures and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) issues
- Generate monthly security transaction report and assist in investigation in cases of security violation
- Supervise all structure cabling work within the center from start to completion
- Ensure strict compliance of all work procedure e.g. permits to perform work, check and sign off for all work including all test records
- Track and actively mange cable removal program, maintain cable record spreadsheet, update all new servers and cabling into system
- Respond and follow up on all cabling fault and update system and ensure all cabling are properly labeled and recorded
- Manage new and decommissioned servers in terms of space allocation, drawing update and removal of decommissioned servers and cabinets

Skills Required:: |
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Mini 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Familiar with AutoCAD software
- Posses good communication skill
