Summary:
The ideal candidate will manage administrative and operational elements of global projects to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction while meeting company goals.
Essential Job Duties:
• Select, schedule, coordinate, motivate, support and manage translation teams.
• Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quantity, quality and budget requirements.
• Create, implement and maintain appropriate client and/or project specific procedures, solutions, guidelines and instructions.
• Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure the accuracy of project data, workflows, schedules and processes to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Work with sales towards the winning and development of new business.
• Monitor and maintain project financials including revenue recognition, revenue forecasting, expenses and billings.
• Manage translation tools.
• Coordinate and implement linguistic quality assurance. |
| Skills Required: |
Experience:
• Minimum of three years high-level project management experience.
• Experience in managing multilingual projects.
• Experience in managing translation tools.
• Experience in working in a controlled environment.
Skills/Abilities:
• Problem solving skills.
• Positive attitude.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to negotiate and shift priorities as needed.
