Our client needs to recruit a professional who will be able to come and train their new sales consultants, before they are put into one of the existing sales teams. The candidate will need to actually organize and develop a specific training program which doesn’t necessarily teach new starters how to sell (this they should already be able to do) but teach on the economics of a country, investments, geography, the company concept, investment jargon and how to converse articulately with an investor client.
The candidate will need to have experience in selling (preferably investment products), training and have a very good knowledge of the current industry. The role will also involve the ongoing training for our sales consultants as they may be trained for up to a month or until they start to actually make sales.
Depending on experience the salary will be around the €3500/ €4000 gross per month with quarterly bonuses.
This is a new position and the ideal person will come in and be able to put together a really thorough and tough training course and see it through. They want to invest knowledge and experience into their sales consultants so that they are clear on what is expected of them and what they will need to do to get there.
