Responsibilities:
- To have overall responsibility for the assigned project in Thailand
- Manage construction schedules / work programmes to ensure timely execution of the project
o QA/QC responsibilities
o Control and coordinate/supervise and monitor activities on site toensure compliance with agreed methods of work, standards / drawings, etc
o Cost management / budget management and control
o Overall HSE management
o logistics management and procurement of resources includingorganising and mobilising site labour, equipment and materials
. To liaise with client's personnel on all aspects of the project
. To hold site meetings with senior site staff
. To prepare progress reports for the client and head office
. To coordinate with head office in Singapore on project related matters
. To plan the projects from start to completion
. To review and take responsibility for reports/handover documents on works completion

Skills Required:: |
. Civil Engineering Degree
. Good communication skills, verbal and written
. Ability to speak Thai would be an added advantage
. Minimum 8 years' relevant experience working on construction sites,preferably in power or process plants
. Strong project management skills
. Excellent problem solving skills
. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
. Deadline oriented
. Ability to build effective strategic working relationships with others, both internally and externally
. Ability to deal with conflicts
. Ability to work and interact with people at all levels
. Diplomatic and able to react to different situations and handlepeople tactfully
. Willing to work hard and put in long hours
. Physically fit and healthy |
