** Supervisor-recreation **
Supervises the recreation staff ensuring proper standards are being followed
Monitors the recreation area for any safety concerns or precautions
Assists guests with use of any recreation equipment; up-sell products or services that the recreation department has to offer
Supervisor is responsible for producing Recreational Activity Agendas for guests
Handles arrangements for small groups, parties and teambuilding events; pre-planning, setup, implementation and breakdown of events

Qualifications/requirements:
Previous supervisory experience highly preferred or demonstrated leadership
Previous experience in a customer-oriented environment with people of all ages
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and coworkers - Very Important
Excellent guest service skills
Able to work indoors or outdoors (in any weather condition including heat and rain)
Good organization skills and strong PC proficiency
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Some heavy lifting required - at least 50 lbs. (or more)
Team player, willing to help wherever needed
CPR & First Aid Certifications a plus but not required
Sales background a plus, as adding on services or booking events will be expected |
