| Job Description: |
On-site Resident Engineer for Louisville Police Department Records Management. Duties include trouble shooting software, technical support and configuration, Oracle Database Maintenance, and system administration duties. Oracle DBA experience desired (lnstallation, configuration, maintenance, tuning and troubleshooting). This position is for an on-site Resident Engineer Position to support our clients Records Management (I/Leads) product suite and interfaces. Under minimum supervision, applies diversified knowledge of hardware and/or software engineering principles and practices in the area of system integration. Able to work independently and able to maintain, troubleshoot and help users with the Records System and interfaces. Acts as a liaison between Louisville Police and our Client.
