A leading real estate investment company who traditionally sell overseas property to U.K. investors continue to be inundated with enquiries for potential distress sale opportunities in southern Spain, and therefore require a bi lingual sales person, with excellent contacts , within the Costa Del Sol banking and promoter market place.
You will have worked within the real estate sector for a number of years and be a strong negotiator, able to source exciting investment opportunities. You should have sound knowledge of the local real estate industry and be well versed in negotiating preferential terms with suppliers.
The company will ensure that you have the very best salary package and infrastructure available. You will be employed on a contractual basis and have superb administrative support. |
