Position overview
The lead developer & team leader will be responsible for the bridge between the CTO, designer, management and coding team to ensure that ongoing development matches user expectation, business model reinforcement and build out and introduction of new features.

Requirements
• Creative and analytical
You must be a great problem solver, with the ability to dive deeply into complex problems and emerge with clear and pragmatic solutions.
• Ideal candidate will have experience working on web applications and possess strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• They must be an expert at coding in most if not all of the following PHP (Version 5 including OOP), MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, FreeBSD / Apache and AJAX.
Passion
You must have passion for what you do. Involvement in Open Source projects or a portfolio of your hobby projects is a big plus.
• Can be either expat or Chinese national but must be able to communicate in English, spoken and written. Chinese is a plus.
• Understanding of Web 2.0 web applications and server to server interaction is essential.
• New projects include development of a cross platform desktop application to interact with Web App for upload & download management, drive letter access, app plug ins and also harvesting of Outlook contacts, and other endeavors.
