Profile
Cisco Certified Voice Professional (CCVP)
Generally, the CCVP is a certification covering all aspects of IP Telephony/VOIP networks and applications
Troubleshooting, Cisco IP Telephony, and Gateway Gatekeeper.
Education: bachelor degree preferably in engineering or relevant working experience
Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a technical or networking support environment
In-depth PC knowledge and good understanding of the Microsoft Office© applications
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills
Fast learner, self-motivated and a positive attitude.
Stress resistant and a team player
Language Proficiency
Good spoken & written English
Ability to written & speak fluent Simplified Chinese & Japanese.
