As the Software Development Manager you are accountable for the technical success of key software projects and products. You will work closely with project management, QA and support teams and provide technical leadership for the organization and team leadership/mentoring within the development group.

Responsibilities:
„X Acting as a leader in the technology group and on the development team
„X Recommending technical solutions to meet business and product objectives
„X Defining the deliverable tasks and working with project management to detail an accurate estimate of time, level-of-effort, and external dependencies involved in each task
„X Guiding team members to ensure they understand their deliverables and the best practices for implementing them
„X Performing hands-on development, in particular for challenging code segments
„X Ensuring that software is developed with high quality, and that issues raised by QA are addressed

„X Experience with n-Tier ¡V high availability/scalable applications
„X Extensive knowledge of the .NET Framework ¡V including ASP.NET using C#, VB.NET
„X Experience developing database applications ¡V specifically with Microsoft SQL Server
„X HTML/DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax for web based applications is a must
„X Use of XML for data interchange and webservices ¡V including DTD/XSD
„X Microsoft Visual Source Safe
Education and Experience:
„X Computer Science Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of working experience
