The ideal candidate will demonstrate understanding of enterprise project issues, knowledge of multi-tier architecture and be able to communicate principles of sound architecture and design.
Key Accountabilities
• Ensure that technical designs and code are well documented according to internal guidelines
• Coordinate with Project Management to establish project task estimates, assign resources and monitor progress over the life of the project
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance resources to plan project testing requirements and timing
• Interact with Support Group to support existing customer applications as needed
• Work within the whole team to foster good communication throughout the project life cycle
• Keep current with the latest versions of applications development software and techniques
• Research and develop new ideas in applications development
• Identify common code and functionality that can be reused across projects
• Keep timely record of time using time tracking tools
