Kruger National Park, Head Chef, R13 000 - R21 000 live in
Seeking a Head Chef with experience in 5* establishments and a minimum 4 years' active working experience as Senior Sous Chef. Background in smaller, upmarket establishments is an advantage as well as international experience. Fine dining and buffet style service required as well as a strong a la carte ability. Formal training essential. Other duties will include cost control & purchasing. All applicants must be computer literate and have good communication skills as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Good leadership qualities are also essential. An opportunity to work in ine of the countries top lodges where the highest Food & Beverage standards are met and exceeded.
