Native English Speakers Living in Lima
We're seeking native English speakers living in the Lima Metro Area to join our growing office in Miraflores. Our customers are all over the U.S. And most of our team in the Peru office speaks English as their primary language or are bilingual....Therefore native English is a must.
We Have Various Roles & Positions Available. You can join us doing one or multiple roles, depending if you meet the required skills.
• Dispatchers/coordinators: Coordinate and dispatch staff in the U.S. To customer locations. Must be competent and a multi-tasker.
• Sales Closers: Close sales over the phone to warm inbound leads.
• Customer Service: Must be friendly and professional on the phone.
• Researchers: To dig around the web and various sources for information. Good search engine skills a must for this.
• Data Entry: Flawless data entry between different forms, systems, and sources of information we use. Must be very detail oriented.
• Administrative Assistantance: Various assistance such as calling vendors, cleaning up data, assisting management with projects, etc. This position also requires a lot of attention to detail.
• Parts Purchasing: Research, order, track, and coordinate parts orders online requested by customers or needed for jobs/projects.
• Recruitment: Recruitment of new staff in the U.S. Via phone, email, and webcam.
Compensation:
$500-$1000+/month....
Total monthly compensation varies depending on position, experience, commissions, incentives, and extra hours.
