This is similiar to our scout bonus where a fee is paid for recommending a business who then joins us as a member. The Hospitality Talent Scout however involves more insight into our company and the service industry as a whole. Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is necessary and you must either have people management or sales skills.
The right candidates will be given a territory to represent. You are responsible for finding and approaching "The Best Spots to go" and securing their membership with our website. You will conduct yourself in a manner condusive to our policies set out to you and in return will receive a straight percentage of the joining fee once we receive the full amount from the client. It´s very simple; the more you get to join our site, the more money you make. (some recommendations may not be invited to be a member)
