| Job Description: |
University degree in management, architecture background preferred.
Excellent in speaking and written English and Mandarin.
Knowledge in architecture and design process.
Being able to coordinate various projects and updates in a daily basis.
Conduct interviews for the technical department, be able to spot design talents.
Coordinate other non-design related projects issues, such as submittal, presentation, etc.
Coordinate the project support team, graphics, renders, researchers, and model makers
Follow each project deliverables, time schedule
Coordinate the whole project process with the marketing team during PD, SD, DD, and CD
Report and hand all project issues in a professional manner
Organize Project Manager meetings and take overview on all the on going projects
Organize meetings and appointments for the Managing Director for all the design matters
Assist the Managing Director in all aspects of the operation.
Knowledge in AutoCAD, and other graphic softwares, such as Indesign, Photoshop, or etc. |
