| Job Description: |
- Qualified candidates must possess five years of relevant industry experience
- Must have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and/or relevant industry experience.
- Experienced with supporting a predominantly Windows 2003 server and Windows XP desktop environments.
- Must have hands-on experience in supporting Active Directory (eg. Creating user accounts, applying group policies, verifying replication between DCs, etc.)
- Must have experience in supporting desktop and server hardware, preferably Dell.
- Must have experience in supporting Cisco switches and routers.
- Must have knowledge on the use of Symantec Antivirus, Veritas Backup Exec, and Exchange 2003.
- Must have experience in supporting either a PABX or a VOIP phone systems, preferably Cisco Call Manager.
- Must have knowledge in supporting a variety of desktop applications (eg. Microsoft Office).
- Must have strong understanding of TCP/IP and other networking functions (DNS, DHCP, FTP, etc.)
- Experienced in supporting video conferencing systems, preferably Polycom.
- Willing to work in Ortigas Area.
- Willing to work long hours/overtime
