Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of reports - coordinate and gather info
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of all electronic IT documentation including orientation materials
- Assist in the monitoring, distribution, diagnosing and resolving of service requests
- Assist in creating and modifying presentations
- Be a point of escalation and contact for customer requests and emergencies during office hours
- Proof read, format, update and insure information on IT web page is current, remove unused/old info
- Maintain hardware & software contract renewal database/spreadsheet
- Maintain Communication Assets database
- Maintain history of projects
- Maintain IT Disaster Recovery documentation
- Maintain Back-up log documentation with signature
- Provide reference information/ basic support to all staff
- Perform Quality Assurance and Quality Checks on newly configured systems.
- Provide updates to staff as required by Director/CTO. |
| Skills Required: |
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years experience
- Degree in IT/Diploma with extensive exposure.
- Sound knowledge in PC based trouble-shooting of applications, OS, hardware/peripherals.
- Strong and excellent communication skill in English.
- Must be able to communicate with foreigners via phone. Able to listen and understand customers from US, Mid East, Europe & UK.
- Natural accent in English, good customer service & able to negotiate.
- Willing to work on shifting/ graveyard shift
- Contract positions available
- Willing to work in Ortigas Area. |
