| Job Description: |
Our well known client, a leading IT services company providing IT consulting, technology implementation and outsourcing services is looking for Senior Technical Architects with 10 or more years of relevant industry experience with at least 5 years in Telco domain.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience leading offshore project teams in a consulting organization would be a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of architecture and integration patterns and best practices in defining high performance transaction, asynchronous and batch-oriented applications.
• “enterprise to enterprise”, high level architecture work in core business systems for LARGE companies!! DW landscape means very large Data Warehouse skills – most likely Oracle, SQL, MS SQL etc, Siebel CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management systems
You should have project experience in most of the following areas:
• Java/J2EE or C#/.NET
• Application Servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, Microsoft)
• EAI technologies (WebSphere MQ/MQSeries, WebMethods, BizTalk)
• XML standards, technologies and tools
• Open Source technologies and frameworks
• Database products (Oracle, DB2 and SQL Server, PL/SQL, Monitoring tools) and associated technologies and tools
• UML and Agile methodologies
• Windows and Unix (AIX, Solaris, Linux)
• SQA approaches and processes
Proven experience in leading offshore project teams in a consulting organization would be a plus. It is important that you have Bachelors Degree. Masters in Computer Science or Technical Field Preferred
Location: Watford, UK.
