| Job Description: |
One of my major international clients is looking for consultancy biased Project Managers to work on their construction projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates should demonstrate the following attributes:
Experience of working in the Middle East or comparable ME environment
· A recognised project management qualification
· Degree or equivalent in related discipline
· At least 8 years project management/planning experience
· For Planners it is essential to have at least 3 years experience working with Primavera.
· A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle, from dealing with strategic issues at conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review
· Knowledge and experience of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
· Knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering, risk management
· People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a team delivering a project (if applicable)
· Experience of managing the financial aspects of a project (if applicable)
Desirable
· Business development experience, including developing business with existing and new clients and cross-selling of multi-service company products.
