The last few years has seen huge international expansion and we now have 36 offices located worldwide.
TLC offers its clients a broad and unique range of offers/incentives such as free flights, free cinema tickets, free meals, free games of golf and free beauty treatments. These products are delivered through one of many mechanics, accompanied by ground breaking in-house creative to deliver effective sales promotion campaigns to suit most audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
„X Project manage the efficient production of numerous campaigns from brief to delivery through the company on brief, on time and on budget.
„X Building and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
„X To attend and contribute to pre-sales meetings with the sales team.
„X Briefing and managing workflow through internal departments - Product Development, Design, Web Development.
„X External supplier sourcing, briefing, order placing and managing - Printers, Handling Houses, Translation co¡¦s etc.
„X Assisting sales team with pitches including costings and timings for new business prospects. Attending pitches as required.
„X Ensure clients are billed correctly and on time and assist sales and finance in chasing overdue accounts.
„X Produce timing schedules and managing internal and external parties to ensure that they are met.
„X Provision of all campaign information to design including copywriting and 3rd party data.
„X Creative copy writing for all literature (both print and online).
„X Print briefing and buying.
„X Proof reading and sign off of all artwork on behalf of TLC.
„X Managing the release of TLC images to clients.
„X Maintaining campaign status reports, set up and management of online campaign delivery, creation of web sites/landing pages and web tracking data.
„X Ensuring that effective communication and good working relationships are maintained between the account management team, other departments, clients and external suppliers.
„X Liaising with the Institute of Sales Promotion (or local equivalent) to ensure that all promotions abide with legal regulations.
„X Resourceful problem solving across all aspects of campaigns. |
| Skills Required: |
Key Skills/Experience Required:
„X Proven agency account management and time experience with regular client contact. Ideally at Senior Account Manager level with a strong Sales Promotion background.
„X Fluency in relevant local language and English
„X Capable of handling multiple accounts/ projects at any point in time off their own back.
„X Experience of working in a sales promotion environment, preferably with experience of print production and website development.
„X Very organised with great attention to detail and pro-activity.
„X ISP qualified: capable of understanding and writing offer terms and conditions/ dealing with contractual issues.
„X Experienced print buyer familiar with print processes.
„X Experienced and creative copywriter.
„X Experienced at proofreading.
„X As a person they need to be confident, enthusiastic, a good team player with a fun and friendly outlook.
