| Job Description: |
Our client is looking to hire the best urban designers, planners and creative thinkers to create world-class urban design and masterplanning projects in the Middle East. The successful hire will focus on the following: providing concepts, detailed design input on projects, producing project plans/timelines and producing high quality verbal, written and graphic advice for clients on architectural and urban design matters and for developing urban design guidance, strategies and development frameworks.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a number of years experience working on large-scale projects such as new cities, new towns, mixed-use centres, tourism/resort areas and urban development frameworks;
- Hold a professional degree in architecture or planning and/or urban design with a distinctly architecture background;
- Have experience in drafting development control regulations;
- Have creative flair and excellent communication and presentation skills.
