| Job Description: |
We are recruiting for a number of project management positions (e.g. "Associate Project Manager" detailed below) for our Contract Research Organisation.
We are recruiting for an Associate Project Manager to assist in the management of projects. This role will support all project-related activities for assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.
The main responsibilities of this role are to:
Create, track and report on project timelines
Assist the project manager(s) with budget allocation and approval of invoices
Produce and distribute status, tracking and financial reports for internal and external team members and senior management.
Prepare and present project information at internal and external meetings.
May be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or program
Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the Global Project Management Unit to identify and consolidate support processes.
Coordinate feasibility reports and provide input into project/program proposals
Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets quality and timeline metrics.
Serve as the primary backup contact for internal project team and for external stakeholders/customers.
Identify and negotiate out of scope project work
Will undertake project management activities as directed by project manager
May have responsibility for financial reporting on the project including tracking, revenue recognition and invoicing
Train and mentor more junior project support staff.

| Skills Required: |
To apply for this role you must be a strong communicator with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines. You will be a team player with great customer service skills and at least intermediate to advanced PC skills.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree, in life sciences or related field preferred
Work experience in a key CRO/Pharmaceutical operational function, eg, data management, clinical operations, laboratory, pre-clinical |
