| Job Description: |
Have to sell tickets. Candidate will answer and return client phone calls, emails and faxes. Have the ability to deal with different airline/airfare contracts and pricing. Ticketing of PNRs making sure to follow company policy for tickets, exchanges, refunds, etc. |
| Skills Required: |
• In-depth knowledge of International Rate Calculations and Galileo Reservation
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills a must
• Experience using MS Office and Lotus Notes preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with proven teamwork and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to stay focused, detail oriented, analytical, have excellent planning and organization skills
• Travel Industry Knowledge required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/overnight shifts is essential.
