My name is Jake Kim, and I would like to invite you to work with me. I recruit for teachers in Ulsan, South Korea. Many more teachers are coming to Ulsan now, because they are tired of the over-crowding of cities such as Seoul and Busan. Ulsan has a population of approximately one million people. It is a bustling city with festivals, clean beaches and many Western restaurants and shopping areas.
I have public and private school positions available. The public school positions start in September; however, if all the positions are not filled by September, the hiring process continues throughout the year. The private school positions are available all year round.
Here are the highlights of working with me:
1. I will not place any teacher in a job which does not provide National Health Insurance to its foreign teachers.
2. Schools must agree to the following:
a. 10 days minimum vacation per year, not including Korean National holidays;
b. Decent and clean housing;
c. Salaries of at least 2.2 million Won per month(Private School), with increases for experience (US $2199 per month)
d. The school’s reputation must be good;
e. Schools must provide email address of at least the current foreign teacher or the just past current foreign teacher so you can communicate with him or her;
f. Schools must provide round-trip airfare from your country of origin;
g. Schools must provide a severance bonus of one month’s salary at the completion of your one year contract;
3. I don’t just find you a job and then abandon you. I provide First Month’s Free Landing Service.
