We are urgently in need of a Spa Manager with relevant work experience for a high standard spa in the Middleeast region
Duties and Responsibilities
- To have complete knowledge of all spa and retail services
-To help develop, supervise and support all staff, ensure policies and procedures are maintained and continually drive consistent, quality service standards.
-Interact with all clients and members of staff
-Prepare and issue department rota's on a montly basis in line with agreed budget.
-Knowledge of Spa treatments
-Maintain a healthy physical and smart appearance.
-Should be able to manage all the aspects – Sales, Financials, Training and Recruitment.
-Monitor performance, assess team objectively

| Skills Required: |
-Must have at least 4 years work experience.
-Related qualification from a recognised university.
-ITEC, CIBTAC qualification will be an added advantage.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Competent in both Leadership & Pioneering qualities
-Proficiency in computer skills and related softwares
-High coaching, organisational skills
-Ability to communicate in Russian and English language |
