| Job Description: |
1.Attend and Perform the Service based on Emergency calls at any time.
2.Attend and Perform the Service based on scheduled Service such like : Overhaul , Service Contract , etc
3. Attend and Perform the Service based on instantaneous and short notice from the Supervisor of the Department such like : to support ongoing services , support Singaporean / Local Service Engineers who happen to perform the job at site
4.Actively promote and Recommend York Service and Original Spare Parts whenever performing service at site including generate recommendations of parts.
5.Support the sales people based on case by case request / order from the management / supervisor by accompanying them to see customers in case required. Again this is on Case by Case basis.
6.Actively give feedbacks to the Sales in the event of business opportunities , Customers complaint or other intelligence information if he happens to hear it during the service performance or during duty trip to site. But he cannot and must not be involved in sales details activities.
7.Make proper & professional Service reports and submit after having performed any service
8.Check and keep the working tools every time after or during performance of service
9.Must be able to advise the details ( Part Number & description ) of any Recommended spare parts which are generated during the Service or upon request by the sales.
10. In case of any outstanding & unsolved issue at site especially during or after the service performance , must actively highlight and inform to the management so that a quick response and solution can be given. So must have the responsibility to ensure that all outstanding & unsolved issue during the service are well taken care of, instead of being apathetic or irresponsible.
