Technical Support required for one of the leading HSAI providers in the Middle East
Role
within the Hospitality business to provide excellent resident support to our business partners on side
liaise and communicate with the IT Manager regarding any guest log in problem
liaise with peers at Headoffice based in Egypt, Cairo and report any problems that may occurr to the Network operation Centre (NOC)
checking that CP's and Access points are fully operational
installing networks LAN's
routing and switching, termination of points
You must already be residing or visiting the UAE and be available for immediate interview
Candidates currently outside the UAE can not be considered due to the urgency of this position

| Skills Required: |
The ideal candidate should be CCNA certified and possess excellent communication skills to liaise with upper management on sides
routing and switching hands on experience required
Laying and fixing different types and modules of UTP cables, fiber obtics and connectors,
configering different serious of cisco routers |
