- Leading of pipe fabrication and erection crews on site,
- Ensuring all work is performed safely and without risk to personnel or plant,
- Ensuring all work is carried out to relevant specification and standards,
- Interpretation of technical drawings and information, including plant general arrangements, isometrics, bills of quantities and specifications,
- Selecting suitably skilled subordinate staff
- Leading and directing subordinate staff
- Carrying out detailed job and activity planning to ensure appropriates resources are available,
- Ensuring construction schedule is adhered to and delay mitigated,
- Progress assessment and reporting,
- Operational trouble-shooting

| Skills Required: |
- Relevant trade qualification: Time served Boilermaker or similar,
- Working knowledge of OHS Act (1993), Construction Regulations (2003)
