| Job Description: |
To assist in maintaining a fully functioning Human Resources Department.
To monitor the career development of high potential employees, industrial trainees and apprentices
Management of the recruitment from external and internal sources
Be fully conversant with the policies and procedures regarding the human resources department as well as relevant hotel systems like applications, references, checks, pay queries, etc. To review and recommend revisions to management for hotel policies and practices concerning employees
To maintain close contact with all department heads and supervisors and serve as an internal consultant to them on all employees related matters. |
| Skills Required: |
Essential to have completed formal tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management. Desired to have had at least 3 years of experience in same role Essential to have strong administration and organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication with high standards of presentation Ability to maintain an enthusiastic approach to work, promote team work throughout the property and create an environment of trust and confidentiality· Be a self motivator and have an ability to work with minimal supervision. |
